Ingredients:
- 4 hamburger buns
- 4 pieces of hamburger meat (beef, chicken or turkey)
- 4 slices of cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup Q’Beer sauce
- Lettuce and tomato slices
- Salt, pepper and cooking oil
Instructions:
- Season the meat pieces with salt and pepper.
- Cook the burgers in a hot skillet or on a grill to your liking.
- Just before the meat is fully cooked, add a spoonful of Q’Beer sauce on top of each piece and top with a slice of cheddar cheese. Cover the pan so that the cheese melts with the heat.
- Assemble the burgers on the bun with lettuce and tomato. You can add more Q’Beer sauce if you want a more intense flavor.
